SELLING AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY. HAVE CLEAN INDIANA TITLE.
ENGINE - ITS LOCKED UP. ITS BEEN SOAKING IN DIESEL FUEL FOR WEEKS NOW AND IS STILL STUCK. HA CODE ON BLOCK DECODES AS 65' 327/275 HP ALSO DECODES AS 350CI BUT IT HAS OIL FILL AT CENTER OF INTAKE SO MOST BE 327. NO CARB FOR IT. HEADERS ARE ON IT.
BODY - IT IS REALLY RUFF. THE FRAME IS REAL GOOD ALONG WITH COWL, TOP , WINDOW FRAMES AND HOOD. YOU COULD PATCH ALOT OF STUFF BUT NEW PANELS IS THE SOLUTION. SOME TRIM IS MISSING.
INSIDE - LOOKS LIKE MOST TRIM IS THERE. MISSING FRONT SEAT. REAR SEAT THERE BUT NEEDS STRIPED TO SPRINGS. MISSING CLOCK. SURPRISED ALL THE GLASS LOOKS GOOD EXCEPT WING GLASS. TIRES HOLD AIR AND SHE STEERS EASY BUT NO BRAKES.

General Terms
By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. If you win an auction and dont pay you can be prosecuted by law and a suit filed by us. We take auctions very seriouslly and so should you.
We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale since they are continuously for sale on the lot.
Payment Information: Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A 500.00 deposit (non refundable) is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The deposit may be made using Credit Card, Cash in person, Cashier's check, Money order, Bank wire or Paypal. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end and should be paid by cash, bank wire, or cashiers check ( not paypal nor credit card ).
We can only take up to 500.00 on Credit Cards or Paypal unless we have pre discussed a deal. We expect to here from the buyer either by email or phone within 12 hours of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise and seek any legal monitary damages to be settled by law.
Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. IF YOUR FINANCING, make sure your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly co-operate.
We can locate shippers for you in the USA by emailing us or calling us at 765-345-5211. We will get you a price and can handle it from there. We will add the price on to the car and you can pay it same time as you pay for car.
